About us
Catarina was the mum behind Mum's Cooking - a Portuguese biological healthy frozen food company, created to provide healthy and simple meals for the everyday life.
Healthy, because our food is homemade, with no preservatives, and organic certified (bio).
Simple, because our food is frozen and ready to pop in the oven, hob or microwave.
Our menu is the best you can find and is perfect for expats and digital nomads. Whether you live by yourself or have a family, we've got you covered!
We have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meal options. We also have snacks and Baby Led Weaning (BLW) products.

Deliveries
We deliver every week in the Lisbon area, including the municipalities of Lisboa, Oeiras, Amadora, Odivelas, Cascais, Sintra, Loures, Almada and Seixal.
We also deliver every fortnight in the following municipalities: Sesimbra, Barreiro, Mafra, Arruda dos Vinhos, Vila Franca de Xira, Sobral de Monte Agraço.
You can schedule and pick up your order in our pickup point in Lisbon (Ajuda parish).

Plans
Want to have your freezer always stocked with healthy, homemade options for mealtimes? Subscribe to one of our plans and get a discount everytime you order!
We have two plans:
Lite Plan: order once a month a mininimum of 20€ and benefit from a 10% discount on all products. You can get your order from our pickup point (no added cost) or have it delivered to your home or office.
Mum's Plan: order once a month a minimum of 55€ and benefit from a 15% discount on all products, plus free delivery in all the areas we cover.
